The Network Is Your SOCIAL and PROFESSIONAL Connection
Network events are a great way to meet people in your community – and we have many different kinds of events!
Our Rush Hour happy hours, Shabbat dinners and networking programs give you the opportunity to relax, socialize and meet new friends. Rush Hours are held at new and hot venues around Miami.
The Network also partners with other Federation divisions to present business networking events with a Federation message. These include:
- The Speaker Series, a collaborative effort between the Real Estate, Attorneys and Finance & Business Networks and comprising three breakfast sessions. These fun and fascinating events are held at the Greater Miami Jewish Federation Stanley C. Myers Building, 4200 Biscayne Boulevard, and attract more than 100 participants.
- Our annual Sunset Over Miami, a party for the real estate and allied trades industries. It’s usually hosted in raw and unusual spaces to showcase a building and attract a large Network crowd.
- Business events jointly hosted with the Professional Advisory Committee (PAC) of The Foundation of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. These are designed for attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, insurance and banking professionals.
Check the Community Calendar for upcoming events.
CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP
Are you looking to promote your business to Miami’s Jewish community? Federation’s Corporate Sponsorship program – called the Proud Business Partners – provides you with valuable opportunities to do good business, while spreading goodwill.
“Being new to Miami, Federation provided an opportunity to meet people with similar values, beliefs and passion for Jewish life. Through my involvement with the Professional Advisory Committee (PAC) of The Foundation, I have networked and socialized while learning about philanthropy. I have enjoyed being an active member of The Network and look forward to my continued involvement.” - Jason Davis
The Network Is Your POST-COLLEGE Welcome
The Twenties Network is the starting point and a door-opener for many community members in Miami. As part of the Outreach Committee, The Twenties Network hosts several programs a year, bringing together those ages 22-29 to make new friends, reconnect and learn about issues affecting the Jewish community.
One of the goals of The Twenties Network is to connect alumni from Israel programs – such as Taglit-Birthright Israel and the Alexander Muss High School in Israel, both of which receive funding from the Annual Greater Miami Jewish Federation/UJA Campaign – to Miami’s vibrant Jewish community and the activities of The Network.
“I was given a gift, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience Israel through Taglit-Birthright Israel. I am so grateful to Birthright for planting a seed and affecting my life forever. I feel a deeper connection to the land of Israel and to the Jewish culture. On my return, I knew I wanted to continue strengthening my Jewish identity, learn about the needs of our people in my own community and around the world, and make a personal impact. The Network of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation has something for everyone. I started as a committee member and joined the Board this year.” - Jessi Berrin
