Here’s a mission you won’t want to miss!
National Young Leadership Summer Mission to Israel
for Couples & Singles, Ages 25-45
June 26 – July 5, 2011
How can one tiny country contain so many well-known sites and still have room for so many unexpected delights? Discover an Israel that is spontaneous and seductive by joining hundreds of people just like you from Miami and across North America on a fun, meaningful and life-changing experience.
Federation missions are the most exciting way to see Israel, either as a first-timer or as a seasoned visitor. Our action-packed itinerary usually includes a trip for Miami participants to visit one or both of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation's partnership communities – Yerucham in the Negev Desert and/or Pardes Channa-Karkur in northern Israel.
Click here for more information about past missions.
The cost of the mission is still being finalized by JFNA. To help lower the cost of the mission, the Greater Miami Jewish Federation will be offering generous subsidies to eligible applicants.
All participants will be asked to help support Jewish social services at home, in Israel and around the world by making a suggested minimum gift of $500 (tax-deductible) to the 2012 Greater Miami Jewish Federation/UJA Campaign (payable through December 2012).
National registration will open in 2011. If you live in Miami-Dade County, please contact us at TheNetwork@JewishMiami.org or 786.866.8446 to add your name to the local waiting list.
“Our trip to Israel was truly a bonding experience with the people and the country — and spirituality. If you’ve ever wanted to go back knowing what you know now, then visit Israel again! It surprised me in new ways, rekindled my enthusiasm for all things Jewish, and introduced me to new friendships that will last a lifetime.”
