OLAM Seminar Series Concludes with Program in May
The Greater Miami Jewish Federation 2010-2011 OLAM (Organization for Leadership Advancement in Miami) Seminar Series will conclude on Wednesday, May 4 with a seminar featuring Dr. Isaac Prilleltensky, Dean of the University of Miami School of Education. Dr. Prilleltensky will offer techniques for psychological wellness and organizational and community health, which include being an inclusive host, a visionary, an asset-seeker, a good listener and a good program implementer and evaluator.
Taking place Wednesday, March 30 at noon at the Federation’s Stanley C. Myers Building, 4200 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, the program will cover the topic, “Promoting Well-Being: Linking Personal, Organizational and Community Well-being.” OLAM is offered to select volunteer leaders and professionals from Miami-area nonprofit agencies, Jewish day schools and synagogues, as well as Federation.
Couvert is $18 per session and includes a kosher lunch. Approved Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits are available.

The mission of OLAM is to develop and nurture a network of volunteer and professional leaders who commit to a shared vision for the future, employ common leadership concepts and language, and possess the breadth of skills necessary to assume leadership responsibilities within Jewish communal institutions.
Past programs in the OLAM Seminar Series have included distinguished executives, consultants, authors and educators from renowned institutions including University of Miami, Kellogg School of Management and Andrea and Charles Bronfman Philanthropies.
