Federation Offers Second Kosher Drive-Thru Food Distribution

In response to food insecurity brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic, the Greater Miami Jewish Federation is sponsoring another Kosher Food Distribution Drive-Thru on Wednesday, July 29, 9-11 a.m. at Federation headquarters, 4200 Biscayne Boulevard. Our partners in this effort include Jewish Community Services of South Florida, our primary human service agency, Feeding South Florida, Sol Taplin Charitable Foundation and Temple Emanu-El. Cars will enter the parking lot via the northbound lane of Federal Highway and volunteers will place packages of fresh food including kosher meat, rolls, locally grown fruits and vegetables and non-perishables into each vehicle’s trunk. Participants must remain in their car and wear masks. Food packages will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information, click here.
