Planta is a plant-based restaurant located in South Beach. This event will have panelists that vary in expertise about healthy living, sustainable living, and Judaism’s relation with these topics. Our panelists include Taylor Cohen (creator of Adasha—a plant based tofu substitute), Planta’s Chef Benjamin Goldman, and Rabbi Adam Gindea.
