Description
We all have those “inner demons” that tell us over and over again: “you are NOT good enough”, “You DON’T have what it takes”, “Why do you think you’ll pull it off?!”…
As long as we let those fears (“demons”) manage us, we lead ourselves to a life of misery in a jail we created.
In order to really do our best and give everything we’ve got we must identify those fears, learn how to manage them and immune ourselves to their endless effort to make us let go.
This way, we can take on meaningful challenges and go the “extra mile” to achieve them.
