FRIDAY, JULY 7 | 13 TAMMUZ

Can you imagine visiting Israel with hundreds of friends and neighbors from your Jewish community? Join the Greater Miami Jewish Federation on the Israel at 70 Mission, April 16-22, 2018, chaired by Barbara Black Goldfarb. More than 750 people have already registered. Participants will stay in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem and visit some of the country’s top destinations. Travelers will also spend Yom Ha’Zikaron (Memorial Day) and Yom Ha’Atzmaut (Independence Day) in our spiritual homeland. Click here to learn more and register.

Registration has opened for the Leo Martin March of the Living (LMMOL), April 8-23, 2018, an impactful educational program for teens studying the Holocaust. Teens visit Poland for one week and participate in an international march from Auschwitz to Birkenau as a powerful reminder of the millions of Jews murdered during the Shoah. The journey concludes with one week in Israel providing a deeper connection to Jewish identity and the Jewish people. Need-based scholarships are available through Federation, the Center for Advancement of Jewish Education (CAJE) and Friends of the MOL. For more information and to register, click here.

Thanks to your generosity and commitment, Create a Jewish Legacy (CJL) now counts on $46 million in estimated expected gifts to Miami’s Jewish community. CJL is sponsored and offered by The Foundation of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and is a collaborative effort between 15 area agencies, synagogues and Jewish day schools. The program is designed to enable donors to fulfill their philanthropic goals while strengthening Miami’s Jewish community, now and in the future. To learn more about CJL, click here.
