Helping Ukraine After More Than Four Years of War

Through a comprehensive response to Ukraine's wartime needs, Federation is not only helping sustain the Ukrainian Jewish community today but also building for its future. Throughout more than four years of war, Federation has provided emergency aid, food, medicine, trauma support, Jewish education and communal connection. In that time, Jewish Federations have allocated more than $100 million for critical services and supplies while furthering the community’s Jewish way of life. In the past year alone, $1.5 million was distributed for security needs with additional funds assisting more than 8,000 Jewish education students, 4,000 trauma patients and 3,000 volunteers caring for 30,000 vulnerable Ukrainians.
