As residents of Oklahoma try to deal with the effects of recent tornadoes, which have killed dozens and wreaked havoc on their communities, the Greater Miami Jewish Federation is joining a national effort to provide immediate, nonsectarian aid where it is needed most.

One hundred percent of all proceeds collected for this fund by Federation will be distributed through The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA), the umbrella organization for Jewish community organizations across North America, to help victims in the Jewish and general populations. The Greater Miami Jewish Federation will also continue to monitor the situation with JFNA and affected Jewish communities to assess if other forms of assistance are needed.
