2016 Women's Amutot Initiative Study Trip
We are thrilled to advise you of the details of the 2016 Women’s Amutot Initiative Study Trip to Israel. Since space is limited, please be sure to complete and submit the online application in its entirety along with your deposit of $500 per person to secure your place. Your deposit payment will be processed upon receipt.
Accommodations
Mamilla Hotel, Jerusalem April 8-10 (2 nights)
Yerucham Holiday Village, April 10-11 (1 night)
Ritz Carlton Herzliya, April 11-14 (3 nights)
Payment Schedule
A $500 per-person deposit is due upon registration. 50% of outstanding balance is due by January 11, 2016. Full payment is due by March 4, 2016.
Included
Land only prices are based on standard/superior rooms. Room upgrades will incur an additional charge and are based on availability.
Price includes: 3 nights deluxe hotel in Herzliya; 2 nights deluxe hotel in Jerusalem; 1 night hotel stay in Yerucham; breakfast daily; 7 dinners and 6 lunches; travel in a deluxe air-conditioned mini-bus; water on bus; entrance fees per itinerary; medical and accident insurance in Israel; one group transfer to the airport on departure date (April 14), and gratuities.
Not included
Airfare; any meals not mentioned above; any alcohol or wine with meals (unless provided); early hotel check-in if you arrive before the trip; any passport charges; excess baggage charges; any items of a personal nature (laundry, telephone, internet, etc.); airport transfer to Jerusalem; airport transfer on departure if not traveling with the group on April 14; anything not mentioned above.
Cancellations
There will be a cancellation fee of $1,000 per person after January 11, 2016. No refunds will be made after March 4, 2016. There are no refunds for any part of the mission cancelled once in Israel.
Travel Insurance
All participants on the 2016 Women’s Amutot Initiative Study Trip are covered for medical insurance while in Israel through The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA). There is no trip cancellation insurance covered by JFNA/Federation.
Note: JFNA/Federation recommends that all mission participants review their own personal insurance coverage needs with their insurance advisors to determine if additional travel insurance is required. This would cover items such as reimbursement for trip delay, missed connections, sickness and/or accident medical expenses, lost baggage, personal effects, baggage delay, etc.
