Witnesses for Life| Newly Revised

• This exhibit was created to honor the 30th anniversary of The March of the Living, founded in 1988, a truly life-changing experience that commences with educational sessions in Miami and culminates with a week in Poland and another week in Israel. • Since 1988, approximately 260,000 Jewish teens and adults from 52 countries have become “Witnesses for Life” as they gathered in Poland and Israel for an educational experience that changed their lives forever. • The artist/photographer, Silvio Frydman, notes: “This exhibit is intended for you, the viewer, to enter into this transformative journey, to challenge and mobilize your senses and emotions, so you can experience just a small sense of what Marchers experience. Contrasting images are displayed next to each other to represent the way our mind and heart works. The intent is to provoke and to mirror the visual tension that is an intrinsic part of our daily lives.” • We hope this exhibit will motivate and inspire you to join one of the future March of the Living experiences, either with the teens or with the Friends of the March of the Living adult marches.
