Your voice — whether or not you are a member, whether or not you happen to be Jewish — is needed for the 2021 South Dade JCC Community Survey

This study is sponsored by the Alper Jewish Community Center and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. The purpose is to gather information, which will assist both organizations to better serve the South Dade community.

We are not asking for donations or trying to sell you anything. At the end of the survey, you will have a chance to enter a raffle for a $250 Amazon gift certificate.

To complete the survey, please have only one adult (age 18 or older) in your household visit the website below or simply scan the QR code with a smart phone or tablet.

For most people, this study should take no more than approximately seven minutes. We would appreciate a response within seven days, but suggest you take the survey now, if possible, so you do not forget.

Individual responses will not be identified in the study findings or shared with Alper JCC or Federation. The results are being compiled by Dr. Ira Sheskin at the University of Miami.
