The Michael-Ann Russell Jewish Community Center’s annual MEET THE AUTHOR JEWISH BOOK SERIES kicks off on Sunday, November 17, at 7pm at Temple Sinai, 18801 N.E. 22nd Avenue, in North Miami Beach with award-winning author, B.A. Shapiro who will discuss her book "The Art Forger."

Shapiro’s critically acclaimed, bestselling novel tells the story of what transpired in the early morning hours of March 18, 1990, as two thieves disguised as Boston police officers entered the Isabella Steward Gardner Museum and made off with thirteen pieces of art - today worth over $500 million. It remains the largest unsolved art heist in history. This crime is the inspiration for B.A. Shapiro’s exhilarating novel, "The Art Forger," as readers follow Claire Roth, a struggling young artist with her own scandalous past.
