Daniel Schwartz
Daniel Schwartz is a Co-Managing Partner of 3G Capital and a member of the 3G Capital Investment Committee. He joined 3G Capital in 2005, becoming a Partner in 2008 and Co-Managing Partner in 2019. Schwartz served as CFO of Burger King from 2010 to 2013, and as CEO from 2013 to 2019 he led its subsequent acquisitions of Tim Horton’s (2014) and Popeyes (2017), forming Restaurant Brands International. He is a current member of the RBI Board of Directors since 2014, serving as Co-Chairman from 2019 to 2022. In his capacity as Co-Chair, he oversaw the acquisition of Firehouse Subs in 2021. Schwartz led 3G Capital’s most recent acquisition of Hunter Douglas in 2021 and is a current board member of the company. Schwartz is a graduate of Cornell University, where he serves on the Undergraduate Program Advisory Council of the Dyson School.
