Got News? Share It on The Community Post®

When Federation re-launched our website, JewishMiami.org, in January, we also introduced to Miami a great new concept in online Jewish news – The Community Post®. Unlike other online newspapers, where news is generated exclusively by staff writers and editors, The Community Post lets users do the posting. Synagogues, agencies and other nonprofit organizations from across the community are invited to share news about upcoming events, recent accomplishments and more. There’s even a section for posting Mazel Tov messages to simcha celebrants.

Since its launch, hundreds of people have added their voices to The Community Post. In fact, the trademarked online publication is the most viewed page on JewishMiami.org, with more than 100,000 views a month. So, when you share news, people will see it – especially since Federation also sends out a weekly email with highlights from the page.

If you are involved in a local synagogue or nonprofit group, you’re invited to post your organization’s news as frequently as you like – and at absolutely no charge. To get started, click here; it’s fast and easy. And be sure to spread the news about The Community Post, so everyone can keep updated on the latest happenings in Miami’s Jewish community.
