Being away from friends and family, dealing with complicated relationships, financial difficulties and other challenges can weigh on one’s mind, particularly at a time of year when everyone is feeling pressured to have fun. If you are feeling overwhelmed, sad or just need someone to talk to, our Jewish community is here to assist you.
