Call for Nominations for the 2013 Judicial Reception

The Attorneys’ Division of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation is now accepting nominations for three outstanding legal professionals to be honored at the 29th Annual Judicial Reception on January 23, 2013. This “must-attend” social event attracts hundreds of South Florida’s most prominent attorneys and judges each year to celebrate the accomplishments of their peers with these three prestigious awards:

Lifetime Achievement Award, given to a judge whose career exemplifies long-term commitment to excellence in law and dedication to public service in the South Florida community.

Community Service Award, given to a judge whose commitment to social justice and helping others has made a significant impact throughout South Florida.

Honorable Theodore “Ted” Klein Special Recognition Award, given to either a judge or an attorney whose commitment to advocacy and peer mentoring has made a profound impact on legal community colleagues. This award honors the late Ted Klein, of blessed memory, who always believed in setting a meaningful example inside and outside the courtroom.

To make a nomination, please complete and submit this form. Or download this printable form and send to James Cohen, Greater Miami Jewish Federation, 4200 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33137 or by fax to 305.573.4584.
