Helping Mothers and Babies in Argentina

Did you know Argentina is home to Latin America’s largest Jewish population? As the country continues to struggle economically, many families are living below the poverty line, including pregnant women and those with young children. Thanks to Federation’s partner agency, the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC), your donations support Baby Help: Mother and Child Care Program. In addition to providing food, medicine and other necessities for children under age 5, parents are also offered daycare, parenting classes and job search assistance. To learn more, click here.
