August Is National Make-a-Will Month

August is National Make-a-Will Month and a great time to make plans to create a Jewish legacy through The Foundation of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. “As Jews, we reflect on our past deeds and plan to live a better life every year between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur,” said estate planning attorney Eric S. Kane, who serves on the Board of Trustees of The Foundation and its Professional Advisory Committee. “Make-a-Will Month is an opportunity for us to reflect on life’s changing circumstances and plan to provide for those we love and for those charitable causes we believe in so that our legacy as Jews lives on after we are gone.” Hundreds of generous individuals and families, like Nadine and Steve Foldes (pictured above), have already included Federation in their wills.
