BeWell Mental Health Summit Wrap Up

Last weekend, a diverse group of parents, educators and professionals gathered at Federation for the Second Annual BeWell Youth Mental Health Summit. In her keynote, New York Times bestselling author Dr. Lisa Miller explored the connections between spirituality, resilience and mental well-being. Participants engaged in meaningful discussions and hands-on workshops, gaining practical strategies to support youth mental health. Following lunch and a resource fair showcasing local organizations in the field, the Summit concluded with an uplifting panel discussion focused on encouraging open, supportive conversations with teens. Attendees described the event as “informative and inspiring,” and left with renewed energy to destigmatize mental health and better support the well-being of Jewish Miami's young adults.
