CAJE Launches Monthly Teacher Support Nights

Federation partner agency the Center for the Advancement of Jewish Education (CAJE) is helping early childhood education teachers avoid burnout, a common challenge among today’s educators. Teachers face unique obstacles daily, from managing classroom dynamics to fostering relationships with students and parents. Committed to nurturing excellence in early childhood education (ECE), CAJE created the new virtual series, Monthly Teacher Support Nights, to assist its network of teachers and administrators, promote an enriching learning environment and decrease teacher burnout and turnover. By providing a platform for collaboration, reflection and professional development, CAJE is empowering educators to navigate challenges and continue to grow in their practice.
