Federation, JCRC Praise Establishment of Full Diplomatic Relations Between Israel and Kosovo

JCRC

The Greater Miami Jewish Federation and its Jewish Community Relations Council praise the establishment of full diplomatic relations between the Republic of Kosovo and the State of Israel. In particular, we welcome Kosovo’s announcement that it will open an embassy in Jerusalem, becoming the first Muslim-majority nation to take this step in reaffirming the city as Israel’s eternal capital.

On the heels of the Abraham Accords, this agreement is another positive step toward normalization and peace. We hope that ties between Israel and its neighbors will continue to blossom in 2021.
