Federation Salutes Pride Month and Champions LGBTQ+ Jewish

Federation salutes Pride Month, championing LGBTQ+ Jewish life all year long by supporting numerous programs that foster an inclusive Jewish Miami. Most recently, allocations through our Jewish Incubator Grants are helping fund impactful initiatives offered by nonprofits Eshel and Keshet. Eshel, which works to raise awareness around LGBTQ+ Orthodox communities, offered a South Florida LGBTQ+ Shabbaton, creating a safe and affirming Shabbat experience for individuals, families and allies. In expanding its shivyon (equality) training, Keshet is helping more organizations create welcoming environments for LGBTQ+ individuals and families through programming, professional development, consulting and coaching. May the LGBTQ+ community stand Jewish Miami Proud and Strong!
