New Foundation Website Component Provides In-Depth Insight Into Legacy Giving

The Foundation of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation has unveiled a new website that provides tax-wise resources to help you maximize your charitable giving opportunities. By visiting Legacy.JewishMiami.org, donors and professionals can find information to create a Jewish legacy and help build a strong Jewish future in Miami, in Israel and around the world. The site provides various methods of charitable giving; resources and tools for Donor-Advised Funds; information for professional advisors and more. An inspiring feature is the virtual Book of Life, which contains more than 60 stories and photos of donors and the inspiration behind their legacy gift to our Jewish community. Fundholders can also see the status of their Donor-Advised Fund through a secure login. For more than 50 years, The Foundation has partnered with donors, professional advisors and Jewish agencies and synagogues in our community and now holds nearly $500 million in assets, representing more than 700 individuals, families and organizations. Creating your Jewish legacy ensures that your Jewish values will continue beyond your lifetime. To learn more, contact Scott Kaplan, Director of The Foundation, at [email protected] or 786.866.8623.
