A Welcome Gift From Hillel for Incoming Freshmen

With all that is happening on today’s college campuses, coming together as a Jewish community is more important than ever — and Hillel International provides a home away from home for more than 170,000 Jewish college students on nearly 1,000 campuses. As it does every year, Hillel is offering incoming Jewish college freshmen a welcome gift, the ability to connect with their own campus’ Hillel, plus the chance to win one of five $500 gift cards for back-to-school or dorm essentials. Year-round, Hillel provides learning opportunities, Shabbat and holiday celebrations, social activities, travel experiences, mentoring and more, with the goal of strengthening Jewish identity, creating a warm and welcoming environment for Jewish life and arming students with tools to fight antisemitism and anti-Israel activities on campus. The Annual Greater Miami Jewish Federation/UJA Campaign provides yearly support for seven Florida Hillels — Central Florida Hillel, Hillel at FIU, Hillel at FSU, Hillel of Broward and Palm Beach, Hillels of the Florida Suncoast, UF Hillel and UM Hillel. Students, click here to request a Class of 2028 Hillel welcome gift and to be entered into the raffle.
