JCRC Offers Free Israel Educational Resources to Jewish Community

The Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation is offering a new, video-based mini-course featuring world-renowned experts on Israel and the Middle East. The free course is made available through a partnership between JCRC and Jerusalem Online University (JOU) that will enable individuals as well as organizations to benefit from JOU’s Israel educational resources.

Each of the four mini-course segments will be available online for up to one week. People can access each week’s available segment by visiting the same link — StepUpforIsrael.com/Miami. The link will provide access only for one segment each week, shown below.

October 10-14 – Creation of a State, a brief history of the modern State of Israel

October 15-21 – Israel Inside, how a small nation makes a big difference

October 22-28 – Israel in the Media, an analysis of the relationship between Israel and the media

October 29-November 4 – Speak Up for Israel, conveying the core techniques for making the case for Israel with others
