Apply Now for a Jewish Overnight Camp Scholarship

Not only is Jewish overnight summer camp one of the most meaningful experiences a child can have, but it also helps create a strong, positive and long-lasting Jewish identity. Recognizing this pivotal time in a young adult’s life, Federation offers two opportunities to help offset tuition costs for Miami-Dade County residents: One Happy Camper and Jewish Overnight Summer Camp scholarships. Apply for either of them today to give your child a Jewish summer experience that’s both unforgettable and more affordable. Partnering with One Happy Camper, a program of the Foundation for Jewish Camps, and Jewish overnight camps across North America, Federation provides need-blind grants of up to $1,000 to families with first-time campers who attend public school or non-Jewish private school. Federation is also accepting applications for our 2025 Jewish Overnight Summer Camp Scholarships for children ages 8-17 who can demonstrate financial need. The deadline to apply is Wednesday, January 31, 2025. Click here to learn more and apply.
