Kristallnacht Community Commemoration This Sunday, November 10

Join Miami’s Jewish community this Sunday, November 10 at Temple Israel of Greater Miami to commemorate Kristallnacht, the Night of Broken Glass. Beginning at 6 p.m., the program will be led by the Holocaust Memorial Miami Beach, a Committee of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, in partnership with other nonprofit and civic organizations. Traditionally an evening of reflection, prayer and music, it will also feature the testimony of a 100-year-old Holocaust Survivor. Kristallnacht, which occurred in November 1938, is a symbol of the power of unbridled anti-Jewish hatred that signaled the start of the Holocaust. For more information, click here.
