New Lions of Judah Gather For Learning Experience

About 50 women came together last week to celebrate becoming a new Lion of Judah during April’s Israel at 70 Miami Mission. Hosted by Mojdeh Khagan Danial, the community learning experience took place at her home. Past Federation Board Chair Barbara Black Goldfarb interviewed Norma Kipnis Wilson, who created the Lion of Judah in 1972 with Toby Friedland, z”l, for the Miami Women’s Division Campaign. The Lion of Judah is now an international symbol of commitment of more than 17,500 women worldwide.
