Plan Now for NEXT Year’s Taxes

If you're feeling the pain of higher than expected income taxes for 2025, a little planning today with The Foundation of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation could prevent more headaches next year. The Foundation offers a highly popular Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) program that can be established with a gift of assets (cash or appreciated assets such as stock) valued at as little as $5,000. Working like a charitable checking account, a DAF enables you to provide gifts to nonprofits and earn tax-free investment income. "Bunching" several years of charitable giving into one single year by creating a DAF may be a tax-wise strategy to consider. To learn more about the benefits of DAFs, click here or contact Scott Kaplan, Chief Foundation Officer, at 786.866.8623.
