Federation and Jewish Fertility Foundation Team Up for South Florida Surrogacy Grant Pilot Program

The staggering cost of fertility treatments can be a financial barrier to growing a family, which is why the Jewish Fertility Foundation (JFF) and Federation have partnered to launch the Surrogacy Grant Pilot program. As part of a broader, multi-year effort to expand surrogacy support, the pilot will award four $20,000 grants to individuals and couples in South Florida and Atlanta. Click here to learn more and apply. The deadline for pre-screened applications is April 30. JFF is working hand-in-hand with Federation’s Hebrew Free Loan Association (HFLA), which already provides interest-free loans for adoption and fertility treatments, further expanding the financial resources available to prospective parents. Approximately 20 percent of Jewish couples will require medical assistance to conceive. JFF offers financial grants, emotional support and guidance to those struggling in their journey toward parenthood and proudly serves couples, singles, interfaith families and the LGBTQ+ community.
