Tax-Wise Strategies Shared by The Foundation

As your trusted philanthropic partner, The Foundation of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation works every day with financial advisors and other professionals to share tax-wise information that enables you and your family to maximize your investment in the Jewish community. With the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) signed into law this past July 4, now is the time to plan your giving strategies and amplify your charitable impact — before certain aspects of OBBBA go into effect in 2026. Considerations include making sizeable philanthropic gifts before the end of 2025; planning for the 2026 giving floor and making gifts of stocks, appreciated assets or other non-cash options, among other ideas. For more suggestions and details, click here. As always, consult your tax advisor and other professional advisors for the strategies that meet your specific needs.
