UM Hillel Honored with Outstanding Campus Award

Congratulations to UM Hillel for being honored with the Philip H. and Susan Rudd Cohen Outstanding Campus Award at the Hillel International Global Assembly in Denver, Colorado. Housed in the state-of-the-art Braman Miller Center for Jewish Student Life, UM Hillel serves more than 2,000 students with innovative programming. The Annual Federation/UJA Campaign supports seven Hillels across Florida, including Central Florida Hillel, Hillel at FIU, Hillel at FSU, Hillel of Broward and Palm Beach, Hillels of Florida Suncoast, UF Hillel and UM Hillel. Each year thousands of college students in Florida find community, create Jewish connections and build leadership skills through their local Hillels. A student’s involvement with Hillel is one of the strongest predictors of future Jewish leadership.
