Calling All Hands! Volunteer on MLK Day of Service

Honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with the Greater Miami Jewish Federation Volunteer Center and Jewish Community Relations Council during an intergenerational, interfaith day of hands-on volunteering on Monday, January 19. Together with local friends and community partners, we will work on neighborhood beautification projects, pack meals for families in need and garden at the Overtown Farm. Led by the Teen Committee, the program includes a kosher lunch and bus transportation is available for teens leaving from North and South Dade locations. Participants are encouraged to donate new hygiene items for this year’s MLK Day Collection. Teens will earn community service hours for participating and extra hours by donating. Click here to register now and make it a meaningful day.
