“Barbra Streisand, Hello Gorgeous” Exhibition

Tuesday, May 4 | 10:30 AM

From the moment Barbra Streisand spoke the immortal words “Hello, gorgeous” in Funny Girl, she became a beloved Hollywood icon. Curator Warren Klein, who calls Streisand “a strong, driven woman — one who refused to change her surname, or her nose, to suit the norm,” will lead this exclusive tour of the exhibit. The eclectic collection of costumes, photos and videos, originally on display at the Bernard Museum of Judaica at Temple Emanu-El in New York, celebrates the illustrious career of this proudly Jewish Brooklyn native.
