The Bain Real Estate Council at FIU Hollo School of Real Estate, a board comprised of local, national and international real estate leaders committed to growing and expanding the school’s reach, has announced the appointment of Adam J. Tiktin of Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services (TREIS) as Chair of Membership Enrichment.

In his post, Mr. Tiktin is responsible for enriching the experience for each board member and assisting with engagement and networking, ultimately resulting in more business and providing opportunities for members to give back to the university.

Mr. Tiktin brings 20 years of experience to the Bain Real Estate Council. As President and Broker of Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services, a leading commercial real estate investment sales brokerage firm, Mr. Tiktin specializes in the sale of shopping centers and office buildings in Florida and single-tenant net lease properties nationally. Mr. Tiktin was appointed Chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) South Florida Idea Exchange in 2016 and spent nearly 15 years at a publicly traded national brokerage firm where he left as Miami’s Top Agent. Over the course of his career, Mr. Tiktin has exclusively listed and sold over $900 million in more than 370 transactions.

The 30-member Bain Real Estate Council offers guidance on the school’s curriculum, connects students with internships and job opportunities to help advance their future careers, and assists in broadening the number of companies that recruit Hollo School of Real Estate graduates.
