BeWell Miami: Making a Difference for Three Years

Since its launch in 2023, BeWell Miami has championed the mental health and well-being of teens and young adults across Jewish Miami. Part of a national initiative, the Greater Miami Jewish Federation program raises awareness, reduces barriers and helps families, teens and professionals navigate mental health challenges with confidence. By fostering resilience and connection among youth, supporting parents and caregivers and equipping trusted adults, BeWell has reached more than 4,000 people. BeWell Miami Chair Dr. Melissa Orshan Spann said, “Our greatest impact comes from building a community where no one has to navigate mental health challenges alone.” Click here to read BeWell’s Impact Report.
