BeWell Miami Offers Free Virtual Seminars on Youth Mental Health

Federation’s BeWell Miami has partnered with The Wellness Institute to offer our community a collection of virtual seminars focused on youth mental health and wellness free of charge. The second workshop in the series, Thriving With Anxiety with David Rosmarin, PhD, ABPP, will take place Thursday, October 26 from 8 to 9:30 p.m. The session will explore the role anxiety plays in a healthy life and practical tools on how to help children who struggle with it. Using the special promotional code GMJF18, the seminar is available at no cost. Click here to learn more and to register. You may also register for Cultivating Resilience with Rabbi Zalman Abraham on Thursday, November 16 and The Spiritual Child with Lisa Miller, PhD, on Wednesday, December 6. Zoom links will be sent upon registration.
