PHOTOS: Memories of Mission Mosaic
As participants on the Greater Miami Jewish Federation’s latest mission to Israel get back on Miami time and used to the fact that there won’t be a falafel stand around the corner, we would like to reminisce on their behalf and bring you a few memories from this most incredible Mission Mosaic.
Mission-goers met with Israeli soldiers, visited with members of the award-winning robotics team from Miami's sister city in the Negev Desert, Yerucham, and spent time in Pardes Channa-Karkur, where Federation has a partnership with the Ethiopian-Israeli community. Participants volunteered with The Jewish Agency for Israel's Project TEN, visited the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, toured the Knesset and sampled the libations at Barkan Winery.
Here are a few photos sent back from this latest Federation mission to Israel.
