Federation Women’s Philanthropy Installs New Board

Federation Women's Philanthropy recently gathered to celebrate at their Annual Meeting and Installation. Held at the Miami Beach Botanical Gardens, the event was an opportunity to thank outgoing Board members and install the new leadership for the coming year. Elise Udelson, who served with distinction as President the past two years, was recognized for her passion and commitment to the Jewish people. She will now serve as Federation Major Gifts Chair. As her successor, Campaign Chair Amanda Adler was installed in her new role as President, along with Leslie Benitah as incoming Campaign Chair and the entire group of new Executive Board members. In her acceptance remarks, Adler acknowledged the many issues facing the Jewish community, asserting, “Together, we will rise to meet every challenge. Together, we will continue to grow stronger. Together, we will achieve success, and together, we will make the world a better place — one act of kindness, one moment of resilience at a time.” Immediate Past President Tammy Woldenberg was the installing officer, while guest speaker Vicki Agron shared her Top 10 Tips for successful leaders.
