ABOUT THE EVENT: FREE resources, health screenings, valuable medical, legal, financial, and health/well-being related information will be provided to empower attendees with the tools needed to take action to improve their lifestyle and address any mental, physical, and spiritual concerns for total health. The day includes tons of fun activities, including exercise, music, entertainment, raffles, pampering activities, and giveaways.
