Federation Collecting Funds for Victims of Indonesia Tsunami

Following the deadly earthquake and tsunami that struck Indonesia’s Sulawesi Island last week, the Greater Miami Jewish Federation launched a relief fund to provide humanitarian aid to those affected by the widespread destruction. Federation’s overseas partner, the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC), is working with IsraAID and other non-governmental agencies by offering medical services, supplies and support to the victims. As always, Federation will absorb all administrative costs so that 100 percent of funds collected will help those impacted by the disaster. Click here to make a donation to the relief fund.
