Diller Fellows Participate in Shabbaton

tel aviv

Miami Diller Teen Fellows Cohort 7 recently experienced their first Shabbaton, where they explored their Jewish identity, shared commonalities and came together as a group. The cohort is comprised of a uniquely diverse community. Fellows identify as Orthodox, Conservative, Reform or “just Jewish” and come from a vast array of countries including Argentina, Israel, Venezuela, the US and more. Each teen was challenged to encounter new perspectives, learn new things and grow together, despite their differences. Diller Teen Fellows, an international, immersive leadership program, is operated by Greater Miami Jewish Federation subsidiary agency, the Center for the Advancement of Jewish Education.
