Federation Allocates Emergency Grant to Help Israelis From Iranian Missile Attacks

The Greater Miami Jewish Federation is helping Israelis affected by the current conflict with Iran with an emergency grant to the Fund for Victims of Terror (FVOT). FVOT recently established the Roaring Lion Fund — named after Israel's latest military operation — which assists anyone injured in the attacks or whose home was damaged or destroyed with an immediate grant within 24 hours. Individuals do not need to apply for these funds, as local authorities automatically identify them, and the dollars may be used for any personal needs. The Roaring Lion Fund is similar to the Rising Lion Fund launched during the previous war with Iran. For years, FVOT has provided grants to Israelis affected by terror attacks of all kinds — including those of October 7. To support emergency needs in Israel, click here to make a secure donation.
