Next Free Kosher Food Distribution Drive-Thru: Thursday, March 18

Kosher Driver-Thru

Federation’s fight against food insecurity in our community continues on Thursday, March 18 from 9-11 a.m. at Federation Headquarters, 4200 Biscayne Boulevard. This will be the 14th kosher food distribution organized by Federation to support individuals and families in Miami facing food shortages due to the financial hardship caused by the pandemic. Cars will enter the parking lot via the northbound lane of Federal Highway and volunteers will place packages of fresh produce, challah, kosher meat and non-perishables into each vehicle’s trunk. The packages will also include items for Passover. Participants must remain in their cars and wear masks. Partners include Federation’s Jewish Volunteer Center, our primary human service agency Jewish Community Services of South Florida, Repair the World Miami, Farm Share and Miami-Dade County. Please click here for a list of donors supporting our work around food insecurity. We are so grateful for their meaningful donations and would not be able to continue our work without their generosity.
