Make Your Donation Go Further

Make Donation Go Further

We first heard the word coronavirus more than eight months ago. Since then, the Greater Miami Jewish Federation has been a safety net for so many who are struggling. From kosher food distributions and emergency loans and grants to providing personal protective equipment for our schools, synagogues and agencies, we are helping our community through the crisis. Since the pandemic began, Federation has allocated more than $6.8 million in emergency COVID-19 relief beyond what the $23.3 million Annual Greater Miami Jewish Federation/UJA Campaign provides. But the challenges our community is facing continue to increase each day. In a year when needs are great, you can have even more impact by donating now. Thanks to a matching gift fund from a consortium of national Jewish foundations, every new or increased donation will be matched 50 cents to the dollar and the additional funds will go directly to social service needs. That means your additional $100 becomes $150 and an additional $1,000 becomes $1,500. By giving a little more, you can make more of a difference. To make a donation, please click here.
