Working closely with our partners and Israel's public health industry, Federation is addressing this growing challenge. Rather than focusing solely on digital training, this strategic collaboration shifts the paradigm toward an inclusive "Senior First" design approach, restructuring the digital ecosystem around the unique barriers faced by aging populations. By removing confusing online forms and reducing redundant steps, they created a more intuitive pathway tailored for older adults. The newly designed portals are more accessible and efficient for users of all generations and are leading the way in industry standards.
