Federation Provides Northern Israeli Schools With Healing Tools for a Traumatized Population

Your donation to Federation is helping address the ongoing educational challenges in Northern Israel. The strain of prolonged war, ongoing security threats and increased socio-economic instability have severely compromised schools in the region, also leaving communities struggling with widespread trauma. As families return to the North, Federation is working with the Israel Trauma Coalition to launch a sustainable resilience-building initiative that will provide children with structure, a sense of safety and a pathway to healing. The Resilient School Program transforms classrooms into centers of stability and hope, providing emotional and academic reinforcement to prevent an entire generation from being left behind. Already operating in 22 schools, the initiative is designed to integrate resilience-building into Israel’s educational system nationwide.
