Surfside Disaster Strengthens Bond Between Israel and Miami

In times of trouble, the bond between Israel and Miami’s Jewish community grows even stronger. In the last two weeks, the people of Israel have sent meaningful messages of support. We recently received an uplifting video from participants in Yerucham’s Youth Futures program. Click here to watch the video. The mentorship program, developed by our overseas partner agency The Jewish Agency for Israel, pairs at-risk children with teen mentors for long-term periods of learning and growth. We are particularly moved by their thoughtful video.
