Federation-supported Tevet Helps IDF Reservists Rejoin the Israeli Workforce

Employment services provided by Federation-supported Tevet are tailored to help IDF reservists rejoin the Israeli workforce. Tevet gives vocational instruction and guidance for overcoming barriers to employment to some of the approximately 300,000 reservists called to duty since the October 7 attacks, more than 40 percent of whom reported losing their jobs. The Back on Track program provides job training and placement as well as employment rehabilitation for those experiencing trauma or physical impairment. It also assists reservist spouses. Those seeking immediate employment are directed in the use of a Jobify AI platform customized for reservists. In addition, Tevet offers initiatives that help strengthen workplaces and foster economic recovery for reservist-owned businesses.
